Product after-sales service commitment:


1. The warranty period is six months.


2, quality assurance scope:


A: Surface paint does not crack, peel;


B: The surface paint does not appear obvious color difference;


C: The model will not show unstable support and tilt;


D: The model's hands and feet do not break.


3, if the above quality problems, the company will send professional personnel to check, if true, free maintenance.


4. If the service is required for non-quality problems, the company will provide paid services and charge corresponding costs.



Product after-sales service system:


1, the company set up a special after-sales service department, under the sales department. The after-sales service department is responsible for the company's products, customer (user) opinions collection, complaint acceptance, return and replacement, maintenance and other work.


2, the company through the public telephone, mailbox or other means, to accept customer service consultation, feedback, complaints and other matters.


3, the service department staff receive professional training, can be on the job, the reception process shall not neglect the customer. For every call, letter, visit, the receptionist should be recorded in detail, fill in the relevant registration form, according to the rules and division of labor to the relevant units and personnel for processing. Emergencies should be reported in time.


4, the company set up a multi-level complaint system. The customer shall complain to the direct superior of the party concerned in the company or directly to the leader of the company.


5, accepted comments and complaints involving product quality, sent to R & D, design or production, technology and quality departments to deal with.


6, accepted comments and complaints involving product packaging damage, insufficient quantity, sent to the warehouse for processing.


7, accepted opinions and complaints involving the company's marketing, after-sales service staff poor attitude, not due diligence, sent to the sales department to deal with.


8, accepted opinions and complaints involving middlemen, should be timely coordination and communication.


9, the company for each call, letter, visit, must give a satisfactory reply within 24 hours. Reward valuable ideas and suggestions.


10, customers' opinions and complaints, as one of the basis for examining the performance of relevant departments and personnel.


11. The company recalls, repairs and replaces products with quality problems free of charge.


12. Warehouse, finance and production departments shall support and cooperate with returns and compensation, and carry out seamless connection in workflow.


13. This regulation shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
